Dimk is an amateur dj/selector and great vinyl collector for more than 20 years working also as a dentist.He is also a hi end audio systems afficionado looking for the perfect sound which can be produced by exotic amplifiers,turntables and speakers.music for him is a great escape from his demanding job and the everyday life.he usually uses the term world music or cinematic music.For him there are no discriminations about genres of music.there is bad music and good music.he likes to join different genres,making a journey among them by moving easily from soul,funk and jazz to house and techno creating a magical and unpredictable journey for mind and soul.his dj sets have begin,middle and a kind of epilogue trying to create a soundtrack like a movie.mixing is a biomatic experience trying to express his feelings at the present moment.he pursues to surprise the audience with his eclectic and unexpected musical choices.for him is more important to mix with “soul” than giving mention to perfect dj skills.when he mixes his purpose is not to offer to the audience some well known hits but to present some undiscovered,obscure gems,taking his mind to an emotional trip.
